General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for NOBILISPET KOKULASINGAM

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop www.nobilispet.ch (hereinafter referred to as “Shop”).

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy now" button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent via email, but this does not constitute acceptance of the contract.

4. Prices and payment terms

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and do not include VAT, as we are not subject to VAT.
The available payment methods are visible during the ordering process.

5. Shipping and customs duties

The delivery time is 10-20 working days depending on the product and shipping method.
Shipping is handled by external partners, which is why we assume no liability for delays.

Customs duties and import taxes:
Customers with a delivery address in Switzerland are responsible for any customs or import fees that may arise . These fees will not be covered by us.

6. Return and right of withdrawal

We only accept returns in the following cases:
✅ If the goods arrive defective or damaged
✅ If an incorrect product was delivered

No right of return for:
❌ “Dislike” or wrong size choice
❌ Shipping delays due to external factors (e.g. customs, transport problems)

If the above return reasons apply, the customer must contact us within 5 days of receipt by email to info@nobilispet.ch and attach pictures of the defective item.

7. Warranty and Liability

We assume no liability for damage caused by improper use of the products. The statutory warranty period is 12 months , and the decision regarding refund or replacement rests with us.

8. Disclaimer for external links

Our online shop may contain links to external websites over whose content we have no control. Therefore, we assume no liability for these external contents.

9. Data protection

We use customer data exclusively to process orders and improve our service. Data will only be shared with third parties if necessary to fulfill the order (e.g., with the shipping service provider).

10. Final provisions

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Dübendorf.
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
